Enter your order number and email address to view your order status.
You can change your shipping address within the same country while your order is still in production.
Log in to your account, go to "Orders", select the order, and update the shipping address on the order details page.
Once submitted, a support ticket will be automatically created and forwarded to our customer service team to update your address.
To ship to a different country, please email info@gracepromdress.com for shipping cost updates and possible limitations.
Note: Once your order is shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order:

If you used Guest Checkout, click "Tracking Orders" to find your order.
If you’re unsure how you checked out, try both methods or email info@gracepromdress.com with your order details.
Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with tags attached.
Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, defective, or mis-shipped.
Once we receive and confirm the return, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
For faulty or incorrect items, we will issue a full refund including shipping. Contact us or initiate a return from your account.

Orders are verified, checked, and packed within 1–3 business days.

To manually change your password:

Go to "Change Password", enter your new password, and save it.
